Do you issue genuine title deeds?
Yes. All Mopeck properties come with ready title deeds. Once payments are completed, we transfer the deed to your name.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. We offer flexible installment plans of up to 6–12 months.
How soon can I build after purchase?
Immediately! All our plots are buy & build ready with road access and beacons in place.
Do you organize site visits?
Yes. We provide free site visits every week so you can view the property before making a decision.
How can diaspora clients buy land with Mopeck?
Diaspora clients can book via virtual consultations, pay through trusted bank transfers/mobile money, and receive their title deeds securely within 2–3 months after payment.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Our prices are all-inclusive, covering legal and transfer fees – no hidden costs.
What sizes of plots are available?
Most of our projects offer 50x100 (1/8 acre) plots, clearly beaconed.
