Transparent land purchase policies

1. Service scope

Mopeck facilitates land sourcing, due diligence, documentation, and title transfers. We only list parcels that pass compliance checks with local authorities.

2. Deposits & payments

• Reservation fees secure a plot for up to 14 days.
• Flexible payment plans require signed agreements outlining instalment dates.
• Bank transfers and M-Pesa paybill receipts are the only accepted payment proofs.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Site visit fees are non-refundable but can be applied to future visits. Deposits are refundable within seven days less administrative costs if the parcel fails due diligence.

4. Use of content

Photos, drone footage, and testimonials shared on this website remain property of Mopeck Investments. Please seek written consent before repurposing them for advertising.

5. Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from transactions shall be handled through mediation first, followed by Kenyan courts if unresolved. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
